Juan Carlos makes sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable, and the house has everything you need for a relaxing break. A massive plus point is the BBQ area and the swimming pool.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with heating. We provide both air conditioning with a heat pump and electric radiators for your total comfort.
Pets are welcome as long as the house is kept clean and they do not climb on beds or sofas. For breeds that shed a significant amount of hair, we offer a vacuum cleaner service for a small additional fee. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss the details.
Yes, of course! We are more than happy for you to use our barbecue. We only kindly ask that you keep the grill clean after each use and ensure the fire is completely extinguished for safety reasons
A security deposit of €100 is required. This will be charged via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded to your bank account 7 days after check-out, provided that no damages are detected following an inspection of the property.
Nuestra propiedad cuenta con tres baños completos, situados convenientemente uno en cada planta. La segunda planta tiene tres dormitorios que comparten un baño. La tercera planta ofrece un dormitorio amplio con capacidad para hasta seis personas e incluye su propio baño privado (en suite). Tenga en cuenta que, aunque algunas habitaciones comparten instalaciones, hay un baño ubicado en cada nivel para su mayor comodidad.
